Chhavi Rajawat is the Sarpanch (Village Head) of Village Soda in Rajasthan. She is the first female elected Sarpanch holding an MBA degree, of any village in India. Rajawat has worked to implement many developmental projects successfully in the village, and is currently focused on increasing education and employability among the villagers. She spoke with braingainmag.com at the Salwan Media One Globe 2014 conference held early February in New Delhi.
