A big ‘thank you’ to all those who participated in the BrainGain Magazine – Care for Air Essay Competition. We received a huge number submissions, and our panel of judges had a tough time picking out the best three from among so many great entries.

Second prize: Aryaman Jaiswal, St. Francis College, Lucknow. His essay was exceptionally well-researched and offered a sophisticated understanding of the problem of air pollution and alternative methods to resolve it. He was unable to attend the award ceremony in Delhi, as he lives in Lucknow. (click here to read the winning essay)

Third prize: Jannat Arora, Sanskriti School, New Delhi. The essay was beautifully written. It examined the mindset responsible for creating this environmental problem. And offered a larger perspective on how to drive solutions. (click here to read the winning essay)
