Concordia University, Montreal
The university’s website indicates 186 scholarships available for international undergraduate students to apply for – several of them are also open for part-time students to also apply for.
Carleton University, Ottawa
If you’ve already been admitted to Carleton with a high standing grade average, you may be eligible for one of their renewable tuition funding programmes.
Fairleigh Dickinson University, Vancouver
International students must simply submit a form and letter to find out what their standing may be in terms of eligibility for various funding options from the university.
Government of Canada
The Canadian government offers a fairly comprehensive list of awards for students and researchers looking to study in Canada. Simply plug in the country you are applying from and check through the listing to apply according to your need.
University of British Columbia
The well endowed UBC offers more than CAD$8 million annually to international undergraduate students in need. The International Major Entrance Scholarship gives CAD$7000 a year for four years, totalling CAD$28,000 to those who can demonstrate exceptional academic and extracurricular involvement during their school days. There is also the International Leader of Tomorrow Award, Donald Wehrung International Student Award, and the Outstanding International Student Award to which you can apply.
York University, Ontario
If you’re looking at studying in the following schools: Liberal arts & professional studies, Environmental Studies, Fine Arts, Health, Science & Engineering, or Business – then York University in Ontario offers several scholarships worth up to CAD$100,000 for the course of a four-year undergraduate program.
