The two-year course, designed to be competitive, will be made up of a select class of 30 students – and will be comprised of a core curriculum, two concentrations, and a final project.
Core to the learning will be a series of classes in political science, economics, history, and management science. Students will get to choose from the two concentrations at the end of the second semester: Russia and the World or Global Development and Emerging Economies.
The final project , to be chosen by students at the end of their third semester, will be a research-based thesis or a practice-based capstone project. Students will then present their findings at a RANEPA Conference .

The MGPP Program will take place on RANEPA’s Moscow campus, which is fully supported by a modern campus infrastructure. On-campus housing is also provided.
Definitively designed for those who are ready to question, critique, explore, and examine emerging global policy issues, RANEPA already offers academic degree and professional training programs in economics, law, business, management, and public administration, through a 69-campus network. The institute is also the host of the well-known Gaidar Forum, a conference which attracts global policy experts into discourse over Russia's socio-economic and political development.
