1. Government of Denmark Scholarships
   The Government of Denmark offers a number of very prestigious scholarships and grants to highly motivated students to pursue a masters degree in any higher education institution of the country.
   
   Non-European students are eligible to apply for these scholarships. Available courses vary according to the colleges and cover a wide spectrum of disciplines. The scholarships vary in value, and can be in the form of partial or full tuition waivers and/or accommodation grants.
   
   For deadlines, students must check with individual institutions. However, for admission in February, the applications must be sent by September of the previous year. And for admission in September, students must apply by April-May of the same year.

2. Women Scholarship for Peace: Global South
   
   This initiative is being organised by the UN Office for Disarmament Affairs (UNODA) at Vienna, Austria.
   
   Around 140 scholarships are being offered under this initiative to women from Asia/Pacific, Africa, and Middle East to undergo training in peace and development-related courses. These courses will last nine weeks covering two months of online, and one week of personal training.
   
   The scholarship will cover travel costs, daily expenses, and registration fees.
   
   To be eligible, candidates must be graduates or have two years of higher education and relevant professional experience.

3. Development Related Postgraduate Courses Scholarships
   
   The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) offers various scholarships to international students. One of them is the Development-related Postgraduate Courses Scholarship.
   
   This scholarship is open to graduates from any disciplinary background who come from developing countries. Candidates are required to have at least two years of professional experience to pursue masters or doctoral studies in a state-recognized institution in Germany.
   
   The duration of scholarship is 12-36 months, depending on the course. This includes monthly payments, insurances and travel allowances. Application deadlines depend on the course and university chosen by the candidate.

4. University of Pavia (UNIPV) International Scholarships for Developing Countries
   
   The University of Pavia, Italy offers scholarships to international students from developing countries on merit basis. The scholarships are offered to students pursuing a postgraduate degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Automation Engineering.
   
   The scholarship is worth around 8000 Euros and covers 1 year of study. The scholarship also covers travel and visa expenses. The application deadlines for courses which start in September are usually in May-June.

5. India, Near East and Middle East Scholarship Masters: EADA Business School
   
   The school, based in Barcelona (Spain), offers scholarships for an international masters programme to Indian and Middle eastern students.
   
   Subjects include Accounting and Financial Management, Finance,Management, Marketing and Tourism and Hospitality Management.
   
   The scholarship covers about 25% of the tuition fees of the programme. The deadline for applications is around July-August every year.

6. The Stipendium Hungaricum Programme
   
   This is an initiative launched in 2013 by the Hungarian Government.
   
   Under this programme, around 3000 scholarships are offered each year to students who want to study in Hungary.
   
   Eligible candidates can apply to pursue full time or part time bachelors, masters, one-tier masters or doctoral courses.
   
   The scholarship is available for a wide variety of courses and covers tuition fees, monthly stipend, accommodation expenses, and medical insurance. Deadline for applications is usually in March every year.

7. Government Scholarships – Czech Republic
   
   The government awards scholarships to international students looking to pursue graduate or doctoral studies.
   
   Students can choose from a wide variety of courses from any of the country’s public institutions. Scholarship holders can also be admitted for research visits, or study visits whilst they enroll for a regular programme.
   
   The duration of the scholarship is typically 2-10 months depending on the agreement between the Czech government and the candidate’s home country. The scholarship is worth CZK 9000 – CZK 9500 per month.
   
   The application deadline is usually in March every year.
