Public health is a perfect career choice for students with an interest in global health, health systems, disease prevention, and related areas.

Of late, Public Health has emerged as a lucrative career. Governments across the world are increasingly concerned about the threats to human health and wellbeing, as well as their impact on sustainability. SAARC’s ‘Delhi Declaration on Public Health Challenges’ issued earlier this year is a clear iteration of the same.

To become a Public Health professional, students do not necessarily require a Biology degree.
