Since Australia is a multi-cultural country, the food is diverse as its inhabitants. Major cuisines are Italian, Indian, Chinese and Thai. Snags (sausages) and steaks are usually barbecued in Australian gatherings. Lamb is the meat that Australians love, but you can also try kangaroo meat which is good for reducing blood pressure. Beer and wine is widely consumed - Australia boasts of some of the world’s best vineyards – Barsha Kansakar
